Rachana Reddy is on every Indian art blog thats worth its salt. This woman's work just stops you dead in your tracks. Who knew a clutch could look like a piece of art. Yes, I have seen many interpretations of the same, but never before has it been infused with as much art or charachter. To know what I mean just see these images.

"Rachana Reddy Accessories was born out of the creative passion of bringing forth avant-garde fashion accessories, artful concepts & detailing to life. A graduate of the Cordwainers- London College of Fashion, Rachana's travels & interesting assignments in the fashion industry have helped add to the distinctiveness of her designs."

"The debut collection 2010 called the “Lotus Sutra” intends to be artistically evocative & inspiring. The line predominantly consists of wooden clutches with traditional accents such as lotus, paisleys, jali work etched and carved into them delicately & filled in with luxurious fabrics ,all put together with a contemporary touch."

And on her facebook page was mentioned that this image was shot by her sister the immensely talented Ramya Reddy. Just check her blog to see some seriously powerful imagery. Like, how much talent can you have in one family?
